A: The original name of the company was Time2Learn plc and this subsequently changed to Intellexis plc in December 2001. In August 2003 there was a share consolidation whereby 1,000 old shares became 1 new share. The company subsequently became ILX Group in August 2004. The company changed it's name to Progility plc in October 2013. If you have a share certificate in the name of Time2Learn plc or Intellexis plc, these are still valid for the post-consolidation number of shares.
